Hi All

Just new to the HHonors program and have been reading the T&C's but just cant clarify or I have missed it..

I have a booking in the USA for 2. My flight has now changed to later and I will arrive a few hours after my wife.

Booking is in my name and payment details stored in my HHonors profile. If I check in on the app can my wife get the room key even though booking in my name and I will be arriving later ...

You can add her name as a second guest on the booking... Only if this is done will they give her a key before you arrive.

had similar experience in Madrid - daughter arrived before i did. no dramas as her name was also on the booking. she had a chance to enjoy the lounge also, before i got there
