Now a BA Executive Club member, joined AB, AZ and Still active as an A3 member because I occasionally fly on Star Alliance airlines. A special place for me to share with you

Just remember one very important adage, no matter which FF program you put life's emphasis on.
In most programs, tthe points do expire.
Some have a hard and fast rule, some will you extend, so long as there is points activity, in or out.
This also holds true for a lot of the valuable hotel FS programs, frequent stay/guest program.
Even if it cost a bit to stay in a hotel for just one night, some will say its money wasted, some value the life of the points.
Depending on where you live, for the airline FF side of things, very small spends can extend the life of our airline FF program, even without flying!
