I am looking forward to using this site after it was recommended to me by another user this morning.

I too would like to know the sneaky tricks in getting the best seats, upgrades and the such which certainly isn't forthcoming from the Airlines as they "outsource" information. Being told to go "to our FAQ webpages" seems a bit of a cop out when I'm already talking to them!
