Just did a Y from CNS/HKG on CX, at Business checkin (as QFF SG) given the usual lounge passes, I asked how full was J hoping for an OP up said sorry its full she looked at me and Mrs Lime with bright smile then said "but do have 4 Y seats for both of you", nice, during flight chief FA came up spoke to me by name said anything you need please ask, did that twice more during 7hour flight, was rather impressed, just goes to prove SG still worth having.

Cathay showing how it’s done!

Flew recently from HKG to KUL with Cathay, had 4 seats to 2 of us, and CSM came frequently during flight to ask if we needed anything. Most FA could address me by my last name and everyone else on the flight gave me the "who is this guy" look.

Bit embarrassing I reckon.
