While on the theme of white wine, I had this the other day:

2012 Cullen White (Margaret River)
As the label suggests - This is a white wine - a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Verdelho. No wonder they just called it "White". This wine has been forgotten in my cellar for a year or two and when I stumbled across it "Drink now" was the theme. I didn't have any at release, but I suspect things have mellowed slightly since release. The aroma of the white sauvignon is well apparent (stonefruits, etc), but the balance of the Semillon and friends make this a very approachable wine. I matched it to some BBQ chicken with light spice and it worked well. The spice may have scared a Chardy off, but this blend held its own.
An entry level label from Cullens, but a solid everyday wine.
