What a coincidence, I had a Sallio (2016) last night.

I’m still not sure if and how much I like it. At first I thought it was great, something different and refreshing but as I kept drinking I wasn’t sure how much I really enjoy this style of wine.
My +1 was more decisive, she took one sip and immediately said no! You can go ahead and drink your hipster wine but I’m going to open something nice for myself
