No Foreign Fee Points Earning Cards ??

I'm looking for a card that has no foreign transaction fees, but as a bonus it would be great if I could get one that earned points.
Are there any out there that do both?
I'm finding a few with no fees but sadly they don't earn points.

I tend to skew more towards Velocity over Qantas for my rewards cards.

Have you checked out Commonwealth Ultimate? It’s fee free if you spend 4K each month and earns the equivalent of 1.5 VA points on overseas transactions. Also has pretty good travel insurance.

There are at least 3 banks with a couple of versions of each. Nab, Bankwest and cba all have at least 1 but up to 3 offerings.
