The IFE was not working (no sound) on a recent QF domestic flight. I told the CSM that I was reporting it only so it could be fixed but she insisted I take a gift voucher. She first asked if I had any domestic or international flights coming up and I said both, so she very kindly gave me a $50 in-flight duty free voucher.
When I went to use it I found they don't have in-flight duty free on QantasLink CNS-POM (due to space). It's no loss to me because I didn't expect anything in the first place. It expires in July but I can't give it to anyone as it has my QFF number on it.
