Was previously getting points for using credit card to bet with betting agency no longer available to earn points as of last statement "the cash advance usage charge will apply to all cash advances and cash substitutes as defined in your credit card Conditions of use".
"No rewards points will be earned on these transactions".

I don't know of any CC that gives you points for Cash Advances/Our local newsagency one day said we could not use our CC for buying scratches.

Try buying a Virtual visa card and using that.

Some betting agencies now take paypal eg.sportsbet. May be a way around the restrictions for you.
