No lounge entry cards

Went from VA Gold to silver, received new member card but no lounge passes yet it says there should be two?, what gives.

They are virtual passes loaded onto the card. When the lounge angel swipes your card at the entry one pass will dissappear off it.

On the main screen of your Velocity profile you can access how many passes you have and when they expire (don't save them up too long - the Silver passes only have a six month validity.)

Might have to fly VA now to use them.

Next trip is SYD/HNL/SYD via VA but fly HAL.

Guess nice lounge in SYD.

Except they are only valid for domestic use. You will have to find another excuse to fly with them.
