No Starclass earn on domestic JQ flights?

Recently flew JQ501 (Dom) SYD - MEL with JQ7 to SIN (same day) - return flight was JQ8 with JQ504 (same day). Flights booked as *class last year - all on 1 PNR. Booking confirmation shows 4 flights as *class however QF have awarded points/sc's to JQ501 as Jetflex (full economy) & JQ504 as Jetsaver (discount economy). Is this correct? or advice as to who to contact for amendment - JQ or QF.

To earn Starclass SC's and Points you need to be booed into J or D class.

Since these non international flight (JQ501/JQ504) don't have StartClass, they don't sell those booking classes. SO you would not have travelled in these classes and hence can not earn Business points/SC's.

The best you can hope for is Jetflex.

As far as Jetflex/Jetsaver earn you need to know the actual booking class.

Do you you still have your original e-ticket receipt? If so does it show the individual class for each segment?

Sadly, that issue has been noted before.

You're lucky you got any points for the domestic legs! I had similar itinerary, but domestic legs (despite showing Starclass on the itinerary and being on an A330 on one of the legs) turned into Jetsaver. No points or SC.

Gave up trying to reason with the JQ call centre as they just lie to get you off the phone.

Have also experienced problems getting the points/SC to credit on Starclass promo tickets purchased prior to their 'enhancements'.
