NZ Melbourne Lounge Hours

Am flying SQ on the 4.40pm flight on Sunday and am aware the SQ lounge won’t open till 1.40pm however due to circumstances will now be at the airport at 10.00am, just wondering if I can use the NZ lounge before the SQ one opens (business class flight) and what times will the NZ lounge be open? Thanks

I believe the NZ lounge is open until the last (NZ?) flight.

But that indicates '2½ hours before departure'

So am I correct that the lounge stays open all day? Hence I will have access from 10am?

In my experience, albeit 15-5 years ago it did.

I've developed a soft spot for the Qantas F lounge out of Melbourne so haven't departed on Air NZ since their renovation. I haven't asked about opening hours at any of the locations - I just show up. I just did the same thing as Serfty and looked up Sunday departure times for NZ flights out of Melbourne. I can't see the lounge closing between those morning departures so expect it would be open if you rock up at 10am.

Edit: NZ said their lounge is open 2.5hr prior to departure but you should still be covered by the 1210pm departure as lounge would open at 940am.

Sitting in the melbourne lounge now. Only me and one other person in the whole lounge! Better food here than the sq lounge today.
