With the Hilton On-Q management system supposedly being the all-seeing, all-knowing program, empowering Hilton staff with all the warts and all details about their guests, should we as guests be concerned?

I know they made a big thing about it being able to identify hotel scammers more readily, but what about normal genuine feedback? Can we be targeted? I like to tell it the way I experience it. I praise when praise is deserved (and Hilton gets lots of praise from me) but I'll also tell them when their abilities are lacking and I'm wondering whether that's wise?

Do we have anyone in the industry who can say whether On-Q details things like "She's a PITA.........get rid of her"? or perhaps "this guy never checks his bill, so rip it into him"? or even "this one is a lousey tipper so don't waste time on service there"?

Are we permitted to view our On-Q record?

Thoughts?

Does this apply to Conrad as well? I certainly hope a Hilton doesn't re-open in HKG as "On-Q" sounds like a Chinese swear word.
