Hi
Im looking to hire one way from SFO- LAX in December,
Any suggestions on who is the best or who has the cheapest one way fees?

I used Enterprise last year with no issues. It's a fairly common one way routing (both ways) so I doubt you'll have any issues with extra fees.

We have hired one way between those destinations before and its one of the few that doesn't usually incur a one way fee (Miami - Orlando seems to be another). We have used arguscarhire.com many times and they include most of your insurance needs and don't charge a drop fee on that route.

Take a look at alamo.co.uk/brits Have used them quite a lot in the states including Sfo-lax. Found them to be fantastic.

I am from the US and use Budget rental for 1 way rentals, they seem to have the lowest fees.

A little bit of a hijack... How do Avis feel about one ways in the US?

May not be applicable for us Aussies! Different rates for residents of different countries.

Your question is too broad - it depends on where and what type of car!

Did you manage to get a one way with argus?
I just tried to book MIAMI to Orlando or Cape Canaveral and it just kept saying not available

Can't remember if that particular trip was with argus or traveljigsaw (now rentalcars.com), but was definitely a one way hire with no drop fee (pick up Miami airport, drop off Orlando airport). Just used rentalcars.com again last week (lax pickup/drop off) with a very good rate for an SUV.
