So I still havent received an updated ticket following my recent call at 1:30pm to add on an extra flight to my itinerary. Only 2 flights at the moment and Japan Airways for both. Lady on the phone said it could take 24-48 hours. Do I need to call back to try and have the ticket forded to be issued?I know this is an issue for Cathay but not sure if limited to just that airline. Thanks.
