Is there an issue with booking JAL/JAL HND connections? I'm helping a friend trying to add fights to an existing PNR over the phone and he can get them to add LHR-HND but then they can't see HND-SIN. Or he can get them to add HND-SIN but then they can't see LHR-HND. Both flights are JAL.
