Anyone aware if you can change a OWA that hasn’t been ticketed?
Added a flight today in economy today due to the first agent telling me they can’t add flights to my existing PNR. By the time I called back the business class seat was gone. Want to try and remove the economy and add business when it becomes available tomorrow.
Did the ring around to try get it ticketed today, 8 calls later been told it’s on the ticketing list.
