Having hit lifetime silver only last year, today's whY class Syd-Mel tipped me over 1000 points since then. As I do more and more travel lately the gap is closing on achieving lifetime gold status. This post is entirely pointless other than to say I am rather happy!

When do you think you'll hit LTG? Have you got it planned out? It is definitely something to aim for. :)

Well being only 19 or 20 (can't remember what time of year it was) when I hit LTS I hope it isn't long before I hit LTG, doing at least 600 SCs a year to maintain gold it will be 10 years at most! However as most of my SCs have been earned in the past 8 years I should reach LTG within 6 years, hopefully less!!

I am getting closer as well but Lifetime Gold only really means something assuming that the benefits remain in tact and one can actually make use of these benefits.

It's amazing how fast the SC rack up.

It seemed to take me ages to get to LTS, since then it's been like a fast track run accumulating the other 7,000 for LTG. Still not there but I'll go very close in crossing the line this membership year.

Achieving under the age of 30 is pretty impressive.

I suspect I'll achieve it just before it's "enhanced" to remove QP access, or similar ....

I have had three good years which pushed me through LTS mid last year and with current planned travel I will hit 11K SCs before Sep. I have been saying it for a few years now but I really do not expect to be hitting this level of travel next year... my wife doesn't believe me either...

I will probably hit LTS next year in my 6th year as a QFF'er, the end of this year should have me at 90%. After that I can not see myself doing a lot of travel on QF anymore but maybe if I stick to OW I should hit LTG in another 12 years or something :D

Ditto, my worry is that the superlatives on the program levels will change:

Silver = todays nothing
Gold = todays bronze
Platinum = todays silver
Platinum One = todays gold
Platinum Three and a Three Quarters = todays Platinum
Livermorium = Todays platinum One (*)
Barstool in the corner = Todays CL

* = this is the latest element to be added to the periodic table, but could also be a reflection of the booziness available at this level.

Now 80% LTS with 5600 SCs.
Currently puttering along at about 1500 SCs pa thanks to lots of Discount whY in Oz, plus 0.5 DONE4 and a couple of Intl JASA's.
Should be a shoo-in to make LTG around end 2018 :shock::shock:
Fingers are crossed LTG isn't enhanced into oblivion by then. :p

Am 88 SCs away from LTS in my 17th year of QFF!
So a similar projection for me (2029). Unless I do some serious OS J travel.

So Lifetime Silver eh? How good would that be???:cool:

LTG in 3 months (booked) after just under 6 years solid (mostly Y) flying.

Hot tip for the serious status chasers - why you pee.
