Ordering Lenovo laptop via Velocity E Store site question

Good morning everyone,

Did anyone of you here order a Lenovo product via the Virgin Velocity e store website ?
If so, have you received the Virgin email to say that the purchase has been acknowledged ?
I ordered a laptop on Feb 28th and have not heard anything yet.
Both Virgin and Lenovo had a points bonus promo during Feb ($1=8 points)
