Is this real? It looks too crazy to be true.

Where's the lateral slice in the building that a travelling wing should make? It's not a photoshop job is it?

I can also confirm this is true, having heard it directly from a number of Aviation reports who were on site at Le Bourget for the Paris Air Show at the time the incident.

Let's just say the wing walkers didn't do their job properly, but Airbus was able to return the plane to Toulouse for emergency repairs enabling it to return for the last day of the show and flying program.

At least Airbus ended on a high note at the show, signing a massive deal with Air Asia - but only after Tony Fernandes forced their CEO and COO onto the dance floor, and wait until after Midnight to put his john handcock on the paperwork (Fernandes doesn't sign deals on Tuesdays, no idea why).

See have always said the French cannot park, and there driving well let’s not talk about that. I do hope they excepted the excess reduction, when they picked it up from euro plane

Wowzers!

Can't believe the extent of the damage in the first picture.

Would have been a hell of the shock if you had the corner office but what a great office decoration - A380 Wingtip!
