Hi, in attempting to create a second back up booking via an alternative route from Melbourne to Frankfurt, the system can’t complete the booking (error message) as I suspect that it recognises that I am already flying into Frankfurt on the same day on an existing booking.
I have come across this once before and at the time the call centre were able to complete the booking for me but I was advised that there was risk down the track that the system will recognise the overlapping bookings and auto cancel both.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
