OW J: SYD-LHR, TXL/DME-SYD 1 pax, July

Hi all,
I'm hoping to visit the UK/Scotland and Moscow/Berlin this coming July.

I'm keen to fly OW (280scs of QF WP) and with QF, BA, JAL, CX or AY in particular.

1 person, business class.
My preference is for newer aircraft (787s, A350s, A380s over 777s or 747s.)

My dates are as follows:
July 9th: SYD to LHR
July 29th (I need to be back in SYD on the 31st): TXL or DME to SYD

I'll book a few more internal European flights but I'll do that later when my itinerary is properly worked out.

Prices in the mid $6000s would be ideal.
Many thanks in advance. Certainly happy to tip if a good flight is found.

Thanks for the reply. I just purchased (earlier this morning - sorry I should have posted here that I'd bought my flights) quite similar flights via lastminute.com.au (which I've found quite good previously).
SYD-HND (QF 744), NRT-LHR (BA 789)
DME-NRT (JAL 788), NRT-SYD (JAL 777)
= $6300
I was keen to try AY's A350 but with the above I get to try a few new aircraft (BA 789, JAL 788 and 77W) and I still feel that the A350 is a bit too new and untested.
