Erk, looked at the connection. It'd make for a pretty bad trip. Syd-LHR via Incheon, Korea. Arrives 6:10 p.m there day 1, then you have to hang around until 1:30 p.m. day 2 to get the 2nd leg.

I think I'd pay a couple of hundred more for a better flight.

If its Korean Air/Asiana dont they put you up in a hotel for the stop in Korea?
 
It didn't say anything about it during the booking quote. It may, but I wouldn't expect since they're not stating it (there anyway).
 
If you can dig up the fare rules, look for a reference to "Passenger Expenses".

If none then they may apply.
