Partner Gold - How long to set up for your partner

Hey everyone,

I will hit PG later next month. The person i am nominating for PG will be flying about 2 days after I get it.

My question is. Once it credits, can I call the premium desk and have them do it over the phone if I have their FF details? Or will it have to be done via forms and paperwork.

Dont hold your breath for the card though, my wife has gone 1.5 years without one. The last one must have been lost in the mail and rang 2 months ago to get a new one with the date to 2012. Apparently it was dispatched at the end of November but still hasnt arrived. They tell me the new q cards are delaying things
