My name is James and I've recently seen a lot of references on these forums to our two platforms, Payment Logic and Yak Pay. We're a small team based in Melbourne, Australia and have built up a foundation of nearly 6000 clients, 125k payees, approximately 500k payments and are averaging $1 billion dollars in payments annually.

To everyone who has been referring our businesses - thanks. As a result, numerous clients have come to us explaining how these forums have shaped their views and preferences on payments platforms such as ours and hence we thought it'd be worth while having a presence here. I'm more than happy to give answers to any questions you may have, and to also receive any constructive feedback - feel free to pm me if you have any more specific/ private questions, requests or suggestions.

Welcome to AFF Yak Pay - I have been using your system since EBP ‘enhanced’ their system - I did have a number of emails back and forth with your org regarding a certain matter early days and your customer service was superb 👍 - TBH your Yak Pay system works extraordinarily well - albeit we would all love it to be cheaper 😎

I am sure you will receive abundance of ‘creative’ advice from members here and hopefully we can all enjoy a long mutually beneficial rship

Sorry about the late reply, cheers for the positive feedback, I hope you are well.

Could've quite possibly been myself you spoke to, however I'll refrain from patting myself on the back as it may have been a colleague hahaha. We do our best as we know the pressures and constraints of being a small business, as we ourselves are relatively small.

In regards to pricing, it's a pretty generic answer but obviously in an ideal world it'd be cheaper than it is - for both platforms (this way points would have an even greater value - especially in a period like now when they are serving much less of a purpose). However as I'm sure you could assume, the issuers (Amex, VISA, and Mastercard) take a large portion of the processing fee and as such we need to maintain a certain margin in order to keep our own heads above water - again, particularly in todays' world as we need to keep catering to those who are in need of cash flow and are habitually attached to our platform.

As you said, hopefully I get some feedback/ suggestions that's outside the box and eye opening.

James
