PDS for Qantas Premium Amex Travel Insurance

Either i'm having a bad day or Amex makes it near impossible to find the PDS for the travel insurance...

Can anyone point me at it?

Just ring the number on the back of the card, they will put you thru to the insurer who will email it to you.
 
The Amex section of Axa can be reached on +61 2 9461 3800 and they will immediately email it to you
