Travelling BA SYD to LHR.

BA 16 SYD to SIN in premium
BA 12 SIN to LHR in business.

What are the chances of me getting access to lounge in SYD ?

Without status? I’m not sure there are any BA or OW rules that would give lounge access based on the SIN departure.

I've seen a few people say "BA were nice enough to do xx_xx_x" in this situation but didnt know if it was a known thing or a rare event

doesn’t hurt to ask! i suspect a BA owned and operated lounge might be easier. but i don’t think there are any ‘rules’ that can help you.

Hopefully others can chime in on that one. If you have some kinds of AMEX you might get passes for one of their lounges.

What are the chances of me getting access to lounge in SYD ?

Unless you are cabin class J or F, OW FF status of sapphire or emerald, BA silver or gold there is no access to the QF lounges

Approx $60-70 AUD you can get access to The House Lounge or Plaza premium lounge

If you have an Amex plat card you can get acess to the Amex Centurion lounge
