PE Taster Upgrade

This has probably been answered... but I can't seem to find it.

I just called to upgrade a few of my flexi tickets to PE using the "taster upgrade". In future I'll read things properly, dumb me read "more than 3 hours" rather in "inside 3 hours"

Regardless, had a very pleasant chat with the customer service rep (and I usually hate call centres!) who told me how good it all was and that I get all the benefits of PE.

To clarify though, does that also include PE status credits? If so, makes it an exceptionally good deal. I really considered DJ Gold for a second year being out of reach and was happy to settle with Silver, however it's a real chance now that I'll be QF WP and DJ Gold by the end of the year.

No I can confirm that the SC of the original fare purchased will apply, not the PE level

In addition to what koonyaflyer said, it states on the website that the offer is good through August 31. In the past they have extended it every time they set a date, but I have a feeling this may not continue due to the fleet changes. Hopefully they will come out with a "busines taster" or something similar, but I wouldn't count on the PE taster happening past August 31.
