Perth Schedule

Does anyone know if Qantas is planning on adding any additional Perth flights to SYD, MEL or BNE next month given the recent border announcement or are they once bitten twice shy? It looks like there is only 1 daily flight vs 7 daily flights (to SYD) from April. Seems like a potential missed opportunity.

They are working on the additional flights from the 3rd March onwards, but all now due to additional crewing.

There was some commentary in the media from QF that they were going to have updated Perth schedules in the system over the coming days. JQ has already added flights from March 3rd.

I don't think QF will be leaving any money on the table by not scheduling anything, despite their disdain for what has happened previously.

In addition to my above post, I can see QF have started by upgrading their currently scheduled daily SYD-PER flight from a 737 to A330 for at least the first couple of weeks.
