PINK FLOYD - Playing in Melbourne!

Well at least Roger Waters is confirmed - date TBA. A week or two ago, Nick Mason (Pink Floyd drummer, and David Gilmour Pink Floyd keystone, guitarist and singer) played together in the UK.

It is whispered on the interwebs that the band may reform (with out Richard Wright - unless he turns zombie) to play in Melbourne before Xmas. (edit: later poster mentions Feb as date - will need to confirm)

Im thinking here's an awesome opportunity to do a Flounge run with the grand finale of seeing Pink Floyd live that evening, hoping we wont be too comfortably numb...

Is there any interest in the audience tonight? Get it posted on the wall (post - on - the - wall!) ( )

More likely Roger bringing The Wall (without Gilmour and Mason) to Australia next Feb.

Saw the show in DFW last November and it is certainly not to be missed.

Lucky enough to see Floyd last time they played in MEL (circa 1989)...sensational show!

Would love to see Floyd again (even without the departed Wright), lukewarm on Waters solo.
