How long does the 3:1 point spend on supermarkets hit? Within a few days of spend? Or at end of month?

Secondly, how long is the lag from amex mr -> spg?

In my experience it is at the same time the "standard" points post, which as DC3 says is very quick

I've also found SPG transfer to be next day which is quite good (Diners takes at least a month - though they're discontinuing SPG so soon won't be an issue).
