I have a platinum Amex Card and am currently enrolled in their Accor Plus program (at no cost), but on my Accor Plus website it shows my membership will expire on 30 April 2025, in just 8 days.

I am trying to find out what I have to do to stay enrolled in this program at no cost through American Express. Accor says contact Amex, but I have had no success there. Can any members give me some advice please.

Thank you

You don't have to do anything, but in my experience Amex is sometimes slack at re-enrolling and your membership may lapse for a day or two. Do you have any stays in the first week of May? If not I wouldn't worry.

Thank you for answering, no my first booking is 27 May ... I am going overseas with about 5 bookings from then on.

The Accor site is also showing that I have a free night, but I used that in the middle of last month in Sydney, so I am confused and I am now booking another hotel for Florence, and it says "your Stay Plus free night is not available for this search. To redeem it, please change your destination or the dates of your stay." Strange?

Use it again then!

Accor Plus is an APAC specific program. You may want to check the T&C, I'm pretty sure Stay Plus can only be used in APAC.
