For not the first time they’ve given me prompt and very helpful assistance. This time I sent an inquiry about the timing of refunding of points after two Int’l award seat cancellations, as I wanted to promptly rebook some Int’l award seats.
A reply within an hour or so was that it’s not really their area but they’ll forward my inquiry to the booking mob - and the points were refunded within 30 minutes.
