Just a quick question that perhaps VFF or someone else here knows the answer to. Are the free platinum upgrade credits (the 4 you get for being a plat) valid for 12 months, valid for your platinum period, or valid indefinitely?
I assume it's 12 months (which is also your platinum period) but it just occurred to me that as i am likely to requalify as platinum sooner rather than later there is a small chance that the system might wipe the 4 upgrade credits i've got and issue me with 4 new ones when that happens. I presume that it doesn't work that way - i assume that the 4 credits i currently have are good until my requalification date (Aug 25 next year) at which point i will be issued with 4 more for the next 12 months (if i'm plat again) but i figure it's worth asking as not everything works how i assume it does.
I am deliberately not using the upgrades until fleet wide J rolls out next year but obviously i would find 4 flights to upgrade if they were going to expire. Anyone know for certain?
