Point slow / not crediting to account?

Is anyone else not receiving points from FlyBuys as quickly as normal?
Points have always arrived in my account by the night following spend, but this week I am still yet to receive points from 3 days ago.
Am I the only one?

We're sorry, there's been a technical issue this week which has delayed points from Coles. By early next week the points should have caught up. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
 
im having the same issues as well, activated (spend $50 and get 10k points) bought $50 last Saturday, points not visible at all, and seems that offer has 'expired' on my account..
 
My email is showing an activated 4 week spend. Now into week 2, but it does not show in my FB on line acct - should I be concerned?
 
The 4 week offers tend not to track properly on the flybuys account. The system keeps track of them however, even when they don't show as an activated offer in the offers screen.

You can keep track of things on the receipt each week (if it prints correctly).

The fact that things are crediting slower on the accounts at the moment probably makes it harder than usual.

I am missing bonus points from Liquorland and targeted bonus points for Uncle Tobys Plus cereals in Coles from Aug 1 - 4. Before I invest time ringing the helpline, can you advise if these are known issues that FlyBuys are already trying to resolve?

I did the weekly spend today and it showed on the receipt that I did week 2.

got another offer yesterday (spend X amount and get $20/4000 points) if i were to activate it, will this make the previous offer (spend x, get $50/10k points) invalid ? Which im still waiting for the points since last Saturday.

Sorry to hear this. flybuys points earned from Coles MasterCard purchases are credited to flybuys accounts daily, so we'll need to investigate what's happened in your case. If you send your details in a private message we'll follow this through.

You can use the latest offer in addition to your existing offers. Regarding your points from Saturday, can you confirm you've still not received them? We believe that any outstanding points should have been added to accounts overnight; if that's not the case, we're happy to investigate further.

Upgrade to velocity gold

Hi I recently signed up for the coles mastercard with the 20000 bonus points and velocity gold explorer offer. I received the bonus 20 K points on 16/8 but have still not received the upgrade to velocity gold. I have a few upcoming flights this weekend. Is it possible to have the upgrade to velocity gold explorer expedited?
