Had an interesting experience with Doyles Watsons Bay (in NSW). I have eaten there twice in the last few weeks and no points credited.

Asked Qantas and they said the restaurant swipes your card and then at the end of the week sends the transactions in a bunch electronically to QF.

Doyles seemed unaware that they had to anything else other than swipe the FF card at the time. Said they will sort it out and and call me.

So I wondered had anyone actually got their points yet?

Enjoyed a late Sunday lunch @ Cafe Neptune, Brighton on 03/05/09, just after the program began and asked for the QC card to be swiped. The QFF receipt docket notes "Allow 7 days for any points to be added to your Reward Account."

The QFF website suggests points may take up to eight weeks to be credited.

No points yet!
