Points for both legs of a stopover?

I am booking a flight from Perth to Darwin and there is one flight that shows up going via Melbourne for around the same price as direct. If I take this do I get the points equivalent to a direct Perth-Darwin or full points for per-mel and mel-drw?
 
You will earn 5 points for every dollar you spend (plus and status bonuses). You will earn SCs based on a PER-DRW as per the T&Cs below

* When you purchase a single domestic or international short haul fare with Virgin Australia and there is a via point which does not involve a stopover, the Status Credits are awarded on the mileage from origin to destination, e.g. ABX-BNE via SYD will receive the Status Credits for the distance and fare type flown based on ABX-BNE.
