Points from Hilton Promotion in June

Hi

I know it's only 2,000 points, but was hoping it would be possible to look into missing points as part of the following promo in June.

Hilton Stay and Win Terms and Conditions| Velocity Frequent Flyer

I joined Hilton Honors prior to my stay, stayed in Hilton on 22nd of June and had entered Velocity as my preferred partner at the time of joining. I also submitted an entry via HHonors.com/stayandwin.

I submitted a retro claim via virgin website, but got the standard reply and no reply to my follow-up email

Hey, I'm in the same boat.

Realsied how useless virgin were at replying to any of their online forms/contacts too. I only got the base 1000 posted with no double. Really annoying, and doesn't do anything to make me want to fly them unless I have to.

Received a call from Velocity who informed me that I had not changed the 'earning style' of the points via Hilton - despite entering my VFF number and choosing them as my preferred (not mentioned in the T&Cs) ... anyways ... a lot of variables with this promotion - won't be bothering with any others!
