Hi All - hoping someone with more experience that I can help.
I had a couple of separate Business class redemption bookings that I cancelled back in March and April.
Got the taxes and points refunded back in April/May but immediately on being credited back to my account, much of the points expired.
Points expiry has been extended by 6 months on all points expiring prior to the end of 2022.
I've called numerous times and "escalated" the issue on each occasion. Someone is always going to ring me back within 24 hours but the calls never come.
Have tried the online help request/message with no response after weeks.
Any other ways to try to get this resolved?
