it took several months for a flight in January, its at 1 month and counting after trip in late July - hope you're not relying on them for a status review anytime soon

Thanks quick_dry - nothing as exciting as that - we are in the process of applying for a Green Card and are looking to build our relationship prior to moving to hopefully Hawaii.

Hi Paul,
We send accrual files to Hawaiian on a weekly basis, as they do the same for our members who fly on their aircraft.
Worst case scenario would see the points/miles on your account within 8-9 days of departure.
If you haven't seen them yet, then you should submit a retro claim, and the team will investigate.
