Hi, I am new to this forum, but here goes... I am headed to Romania in about 3 weeks. I have been there several times and know I will not need much cash. I have used pre-paid cash cards in the past, but they are now expired. Are there any good options out there to replace this method of getting cash at ATM's safely?
