For Velocity flyers and points collectors, wondering what your preferred long-term Velocity points earning card is (outside of churn cards)?

ie. is it a Virgin money card, Big 4 bank card with bank point currency that can be converted to Velocity later, a specific Amex that can convert to Velocity?

Includes a free return flight as well, being Perth based (for me) is great benefit. But still worthwhile for other capital cities. Believe it has one of the best Velocity earns, though you don't get the occasional bonus point transfer offers.

AMEX also run various offers with retailers of spend xx and get xx back which can be handy.

Agree, I've had this card for years and it works for me.

Coles Rewards Mastercard. Low annual fee, no international transaction fees, and earns 1 Velocity point per $ spent (=2 Flybuys points). It's the only Mastercard/Visa that I don't churn (I also have an AmEx Platinum which I don't churn).

Same...this one's a keeper. I can't justify paying 3% on international transactions while this one's sitting in my wallet!
