May I have comments from anyone who has flown premium economy on the Qantas A380? I have booked self and Mrs on QF31/32 Syd/LHR/Syd in Feb. Agent could only get us adjoining seats in the middle rows where the seat pitch is smaller than the sides.

I just recently flew PE on the A380 Mel-Lax. What do you want to know? Yes, the middle row does appear to have slightly less leg room than the seats either side, except for row 38, which is what we had where the leg room is huge! The cabin is small and feels quite private and quiet. I'm sure quite different than the huge economy area downstairs. Service was good on our flight, seats are quite good, certainly better than economy but nowhere near as good a skybed of course. I personally thought that the footrest arrangement was a little strange and not very useful for a tall person. It was ok for me but I'm only just under 5'3". AVOD was very good and screen quite large.
Cheers

Thanks for your report Timtammi! I'm 6'0" which is why I had started investigating. All the rest sounds good as I can not always afford to fly J.
