Priority boarding with travel companion

Hi All,

I'm QF Gold and will be travelling on a domestic Qantas flight with my partner (no QF status). What are the rules (or at least, etiquette) about having her accompany me through priority screening and priority boarding? We're on the same booking, if that matters.

P.S. I did search the forum before asking, but if this has been asked (and answered) then feel free to point me towards the existing thread.

I guess we are allowed to take them along the priority boarding. I always do this when flying domestic and international , never been asked a question.

Never had a problem with taking a single person into the check-in or boarding queue with me.

No questions asked - male or female, regardless of relationship.

No experience to relate for priority screening.

Never ever had an issue taking a companion through priority screening or boarding.

Definitely can if on same booking
I've usually been ok when travelling with family on different bookings too

Fantastic, thanks for your replies everyone...now here's hoping that QantasLink do actually offer priority boarding on the 717 from SYD!
