Hi, has anyone used this platinum benefit to book a priority economy seat on a sold out domestic flight? If so, how far in advance did you book it (the minimum time is midday before the day of departure)? It doesn't say how far in advance you can book it. I tried to book today for 5th August today CNS/BNE late afternoon (as the earlier flights which are available I can't make) but they said to phone back on Thursday 4th August before midday. As per the T&C they don't have to sell you a seat in any case. And they couldn't tell me how much the far would be, only that it would be a flexi fare.

I haven't used this but based on the T&Cs you would need to pay for a full Y class fare, which is $549 on the CNS-BNE route.
