Problem getting Velocity points from Etihad

Is anyone having a problem getting a credit from Etihad when quoting their Velocity card -it is not automatic -recently booked a return trip from Brisbane to Singapore -out economy and back business in September -have received the economy points but no business points as Etihad say they cannot find the flight despite giving them all the details

The family and I went to Europe in May/June last year. The points & sc's for Abu dhabi to Heathrow were credited 5 days later and the return flights 9 days after flights. The points and sc's for outbound Sydney to Abu Dhabi took 4 months to be credited. Just keep pestering them. From memory I just kept speaking with va customer service. Good luck.
