Hi,

I've been trying for days to log in to iberia.com and I'm getting the same login message over and over. I've tried different browsers, different operating systems, different computers, nothing seems to work. The only time I've managed to log in is with my iPhone on their mobile page, but I can't see where you can buy/move abios. Is anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions? Thanks - The message I get is:

Iberia Plus service is not available at present (A003).

got in fine - not with your link though - that created an error - just typed it in - maybe clear all your caches

Did you ever find the solution calgarychris... i have the same issue

No unfortunately. I keep trying it on multiple os's and computers, but it's always the same. Perhaps VPS could post a link?

Yes, I suspect something has happened to our accounts. I have emailed iberia plus 2 days ago, awaiting a response.

I am in the same position. The only way I can see my Iberia balance is via avios.com
Please keep us updated

The .mobi website on my phone works ok, same as calgarychris, and I also can log in via avios.com when looking at doing a points transfer. Well it's very odd.

hmm, so if I transfer points to Iberia from a hotel can I transfer them to BA via avoid.com? If that's the case do I even need to log in the Iberia? I'm just looking to move some Accor points...

Should be ok to do an IB to Avios then Avios to BAEC via avios.com

avios.com provides the possibility to move points iberia to avios, then avios to ba. note that avios.com is the UK shopping program (like flybuys) and not BA avios

Don't hold your breath - IB are hopeless when it comes to replying. If you get a reply within 2-3 weeks you will be lucky and even then they are unlikely to address your problem. And don't bother ringing them either..........
FWIW over the past 3-4 years I've never had any luck logging into the IB website (have tried using QF PNRs for IB flights and with Iberia Plus number).

By the way, does anyone know how long IB points take to credit from a Hilton stay (just tried out my status-matched Diamond)
