Problems with QF redemptions in First and Business with Classic and Any Seat?

The online tool today was not showing any availabilty for Classic awards in Business and First...even though there physically seats available...

Even right at this moment there are 3 "U" class (Business) seats for the QF31 tomorrow. When doing classic award it shows no seats - only BA. For any seat award in the past it would quote around 78 000 points - now over 500 000. Also another example for the any seat award on a SYD/MEL - lots of U class so it should quote just under 20 000 points - it is quoting 90 000 points - what is going on?

Same thing today with doing a SYD/MNL/SYD redemption booking - lots of U class but not showing up online - had to phone up and process.

...just a further up it seems there are NO seats at all coming up online for ANY redemption booking in First or Business online - even though plenty of seats available.

Just tried SYD/MEL 20FEB - only Economy comes up if you do a classic award...

This was mentioned in another thread already. Well any seat awards being a very high cost and then someone noticed there were no classic awards. A few expresso martinis and I can't remember the topic of the other thread. Sorry.
