PS kit & QC invite

hi, received the PS kit recently, which includes a comp visit to QC.
How is QC access evidenced as there was no invite or pass contained in the kit. Thanks.

My Silver kit had an "invite" paper card included in the kit. I received mine in November last year, and as far as I know the QC invite is still included in the kit, so if you haven't received one,then a call to Customer support should be the thing to do!

My dad recently received a PS kit in HK and it too contained the piece of paper to provide once-time access to the QP. Have you overlooked it?

Have rechecked both mine & Mrs B's kits. Will have to call customer service.

Very strange. It's typically on the letter that comes with the pack, and is part of the paper (just a peel-off laminated type affair; it sits flush on the paper).

As you say, contact customer service if it's not, as you are definitely entitled to it.

I don't have anything to compare it to but I can say I was a little underwhelmed by the packaging when it arrived today.

QF tells me that my SG & WP packs should be arriving in quick succession so it'll be interesting to see if they've enhanced the presentation of those too.
