Good morning all
I am travelling with Emirates to UK and can see that the flight is pretty empty. I am in Economy and wondering whether I should purchase the extra legroom seats (which there are about 9 empty at the moment) or do they allocate them randomly at check in and I could ask for one? Or maybe select an end seat on one of the rows of four where all seats are unoccupied (at the moment) and risk them being filled? All suggestions/ideas greatly received. Many thanks :)

What’s the extra cost, out of interest?
There’re no other issues with any of them are there? (Ask this ‘cos on a 747 flight I had once the seats with an exit-aisle in front had half a door poking into the spot my legs were supposed to be - I could stretch one leg right out but the other was all squeezed in)

Do you have EK status?
Seat maps(allocation) is not the same as seat sales
